We handle the functional design in-house (layout, structural, mechanical), bring in a designer for material selections, then build it ourselves. The point of our design-build approach: one team owns the technical drawings through to construction, so what gets drawn is what gets built.
- Can I live in my home during a kitchen remodel?
- Most clients do. We set up a temporary kitchen (often in a dining room or basement), seal the work zone with dust barriers, and protect adjacent floors and finishes. The hardest weeks are the initial demo and the final inspection push; we plan around school schedules and holidays when we can.
